Information is collected in two ways: 1) automatically 2) voluntarily provided by you.

4.1.1.- Automatically Collected Data

4.3.- Uso de los Datos

The data provided to the Service will be used to:

  • Respond to your requests, based on our legitimate interest in addressing and resolving user inquiries.
  • Provide you with user access to our services, based on our legitimate interest in offering and managing the service.
  • Publish your comments in the blog section of our website, based on your consent.
  • Send you our latest news and updates via our newsletter, based on your consent.

4.3.1.- Emails and Contact Forms

The website uses SSL encryption to allow users to securely send their personal data via standard contact forms.

Personal data collected will be processed automatically and incorporated into the Service’s activity records.

In this regard:

  • Your IP address will be collected to verify the origin of the message, provide appropriate recommendations (such as presenting information in the correct language), and detect potential irregularities (such as cyberattack attempts). Additionally, data related to your ISP may be collected.
  • You may also provide your information via phone, email, and other communication methods indicated.

4.3.2.- En redes sociales

We maintain profiles on some of the main social media platforms, and the Service is responsible for processing the data published on these profiles (e.g., photos uploaded by the Service featuring people’s faces).

This data will be processed according to the capabilities and policies of each social network. Thus, we may inform our followers, unless prohibited by law, about activities or offers and provide personalized customer support.

We will not extract data from social networks unless we have the user’s express and specific consent.

If exercising your rights depends on modifying your profile within the social network, we will assist and advise you to the best of our ability.

4.4.- Data Retention

The following retention periods apply to data processed by the Service:

  • Aggregated data will be retained indefinitely.
  • Customer data will be retained for the minimum necessary time, up to:
    • 5 years, as per Article 1964 of the Civil Code (for personal actions without a special limitation period).
    • 6 years, as per Article 30 of the Commercial Code (for accounting records or invoices, for example).
  • User data posted by the Service on social media pages and profiles will be retained from the time the user gives consent until it is withdrawn.
  • Newsletter subscription data will be retained from the time the user consents until they withdraw consent.

5.- Service Providers and Others

Some third parties manage parts of the Service.

The Service requires these providers to comply with this Privacy Policy where applicable, and they must also have their own policies. However, the Service is not responsible for their compliance.

Under certain circumstances, the Service may share, use, retain, or disclose Personal Information to third parties in a non-aggregated manner:

  • To provide the Service: Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, analytics, or data hosting. These providers may access the necessary information but are not permitted to share or use it for any other purpose.
